TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1.       Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a completed booking form or email and DEPOSIT or FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE. Bookings are only accepted from students over the age of 18.

2.       A deposit is 25% of the course fee.

3.       Invoices: You will be invoiced for the balance of the course fee upon receipt of your booking form/email and deposit, if full payment is not made first.

4.       Full payment of the fees must be received at least four weeks before you arrive for your course.

5.       Late bookings, made within 4 weeks of the start of the course, must be accompanied by the full course fee.

6.       Late arrivals: No fees will be refunded in the event of student/s arriving after the start of the course.

7.       Withdrawals: No fees will be refunded to students withdrawing after the start of the course.

8.       Cancellation of bookings must be in writing/email. If cancellations are made less than four weeks before the start of the course, only 50% of the course fee will be refunded. In any event, deposits will not be refunded.

9.       Cancellation of courses: In the unlikely event of a course being cancelled by AEE, alternative dates will be offered or the deposit/full payment refunded.

10.    Accommodation with a host family will be arranged by Anderson Executive English and the cost is included in the course fee.

11.    Travel: Anderson Executive English will arrange for the student/s to be collected from Heathrow or Gatwick airport and returned to Heathrow or Gatwick airport at the end of their course. Anderson Executive English will provide the necessary transport to and from lessons, two social evenings and one local/London excursion and the cost of this travel is included in the course fee. Travel arrangements to and from the U.K. are the student/s' responsibility.

12.    Insurance: All travel, holiday and medical insurance is the student/s' responsibility. It is essential that student/s have adequate insurance covering all possibilities.

13.    Misadventure: Anderson Executive English accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered by students during the period of their course due to accident, illness, bodily injury or loss of belongings.
